Business Development/Sales — Public Safety Technology

On Site Full TimeMesa, Arizona, United StatesEkin Smart City

Role Overview

This is a business development and sales development role based full-time in our Mesa office. Ekin builds AI-powered cameras, license plate recognition, and smart city systems used by police departments, sheriff’s offices, and city public works teams. We are hiring our first dedicated go-to-market hire to work out of the Mesa office alongside our US leadership team.

What You Will Do

Find and research agencies worth talking to, open conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and get qualified meetings on the calendar for our sales leads. Keep the CRM clean and current so the pipeline reflects reality. Support conference and trade show outreach before, during, and after events. Work directly with the people closing the deals, so you learn how public sector sales actually works.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You would be early at the US arm of an established global company — the pipeline you build is the pipeline. We plan to grow the Mesa site into 100+ people, and the person who does this job well is positioned for the territory and account roles that come next.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in go-to-market, sales development, inside sales or similar
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and starting cold conversations
  • Organized and self-directed — this is a new seat, not a filled-in playbook
  • Based in or relocating to the Phoenix metro area; this role is on-site in Mesa
