Senior FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

Elastic is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our India finance team. You will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our global finance function — and help make our finance processes faster and smarter using AI tools.

What You Will Do

Deliver management reporting packages, business scorecards, and financial models for senior leadership. Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Sigma, or similar tools — with a focus on real-time reporting. Support rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and monthly budget vs. actual analysis using Pigment.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in a finance function with exposure to business transformation, process re-engineering, or finance automation
• CA / MBA / CMA preferred
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar) in a finance workflow
• Experience with Pigment, Adaptive, or NetSuite is a strong plus
