Go To Market Lead

Role Overview

As part of the regional Go-To-Market team, you will bring new products and services to our existing and prospective customers and business partners. The GTM team works closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product Management and Digital Marketing to ensure smooth product launches and sustainable business growth.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities include planning and managing projects independently, creating targeted communication materials, working with the Digital Marketing team, and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales support or product launches, ideally in a banking environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
• Very good problem-solving and project management skills, a strong service and customer focus, and a friendly, approachable manner.
