Data Scientist (Experimentation)

Role Overview

Join Eldorado.gg as a Data Scientist (Experimentation) to raise the quality and velocity of experimentation. You will work as part of the central Data team, collaborating closely with other product analytics professionals as well as alongside CRO to shape and scale company-wide experimentation standards.

What You Will Do

Own deep analysis of high-risk, high-impact, or ambiguous A/B tests and deliver clear recommendations. Define, validate, and standardize metrics, guardrails, and success criteria across experiments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3+ years of experience in product analytics or data science, ideally in marketplaces, e-commerce, or high-velocity product environments. Strong SQL skills, hands-on experience with product analytics event tracking, and experience with regression analysis and statistical modeling.

• Strong SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with product analytics event tracking
• Experience with regression analysis and statistical modeling
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology
• Ability to design and standardize metrics
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian
