The Project Manager, Marketing Operations plays a key role in driving the successful planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

Manage multiple marketing and creative projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and external agency partners, lead and expand external review programs, drive AI-enabled marketing initiatives, and facilitate project meetings and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing, advertising, or a related business environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders
