Director of Marketing Operations

Role Overview

The Director of Marketing Operations will lead Elekta’s website, customer portal, and marketing operations teams, shaping how they deliver effective marketing and a strong digital customer experience globally. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining strategic direction with direct involvement in key initiatives.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leading and developing the website, customer portal, and marketing operations teams, developing and delivering a global Marketing Operations strategy and roadmap, overseeing Elekta’s website and customer portal, and establishing clear KPIs and reporting across campaigns and digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, significant experience across marketing, brand, and marketing communications, including leadership responsibility, and relevant experience within MedTech or radiotherapy. They will also have strong understanding of the oncology software landscape and radiotherapy products, experience influencing senior stakeholders, and strong strategic and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline
• Significant experience across marketing, brand, and marketing communications, including leadership responsibility
• Relevant experience within MedTech or radiotherapy highly desired
• Strong understanding of the oncology software landscape and radiotherapy products
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and working effectively at executive level
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience using data and KPIs to inform decisions and drive improvements
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
