The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support customer requirements
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and maintain up‐to‐date customer data
  • Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and customer experience
