Requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales planning
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to support customer requirements
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and maintain up‐to‐date customer data
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
