Role Overview
Responsible for architecting, developing, and implementing strategic and high-complexity solutions on the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, governance, and alignment with business needs.
What You Will Do
Leadership of implementation, evolution, and optimization of the Salesforce ecosystem, conducting all stages of the solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders, scope definition, and technical design to development, homologation, implementation, and post-deployment monitoring.
