Role Overview

The Senior Solution Marketing Manager will lead China marketing strategy and execution for Elsevier’s Research Intelligence portfolio, translating portfolio strategy into locally relevant programs that engage priority audiences, strengthen customer relationships, and create measurable commercial impact.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will own regional campaign planning, audience targeting, events and customer programs, account-based marketing support, local partnerships, sales enablement, lead follow-up alignment, and performance measurement across academic and government segments.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation, Integrated Campaigns, or B2B Marketing.
• Proven record of planning and executing programs that contribute to engagement, qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
• Experience marketing B2B software, data, analytics, SaaS, or technology solutions across complex buying groups.
• Strong capability in campaign planning, events, audience segmentation, account-based marketing, sales alignment, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, project management, stakeholder-management, and agency-management skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with disciplined budget and execution management.
• Ability to operate effectively across global, regional, and local teams in a matrix environment.
• Fluency in English (essential).
