Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst – North America reports to the Senior Director, Finance – North America and works closely with Finance team members across the U.S. and Canada. As a valued member of the team, the role supports key aspects of actuals, forecasting and business support.

What You Will Do

Support the month-end close process, prepare and post journal entries, prepare rebate and expense calculations/analyses, support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning process through financial modeling, variance analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Well organized, with strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Ability to build logical, well-structured templates that support business processes
• Knowledge of finance tools and AI-enabled technologies is a plus
• Desire to learn and agility to meet the changing needs of the business
