Role Overview

As an Outside Account Manager at EMCO Corporation, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying customer requirements, and providing profitable solutions to close sales. You will work closely with the inside sales team and engage with customers at EMCO events, trade shows, and other industry activities.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting new customers, processing customer orders, maintaining existing accounts, and providing prompt conflict resolution. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and working closely with the inside sales team.
