Finance Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Finance Operations Specialist is the engine of day-to-day finance operations across our 20+ group companies. The role makes sure that every invoice is captured, checked and paid correctly and on time, that expenses are complete and correctly coded before month-end, that revenue and commission data reconcile, and that the accounting team and our on-site teams can rely on clean, up-to-date information.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include invoice processing and accounts payable, payments and daily banking, expense control and month-end, revenue reconciliations and reporting, support to the accounting team, and administrative and operational support.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has a degree or vocational qualification in accounting, finance or business, 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting operations or finance administration, and is precise, organised, and comfortable with Excel and new tools.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational qualification in accounting, finance or business
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting operations or finance administration
• Precise and organised: invoices, deadlines and details do not slip through
• Comfortable with Excel and quick to learn new tools (Payhawk, Business Central, Mews, Notion, or similar)
• Clear communicator who follows up with colleagues across countries without being reminded
• Fluent English, spoken and written (mandatory). French is a strong plus, Spanish a plus
• Right to work in the EU without visa sponsorship
