Role Overview
The Director of Business Development will lead our federal business development strategy and drive continued growth across government markets. This person will own the full business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through capture, proposal development, and submission.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a qualified opportunity pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, leading go/no-go decisions and capture strategies, and owning the business development process from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award.

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant business development, capture management, or proposal leadership experience in government contracting
- Demonstrated track record of winning federal contracts as a prime contractor or major subcontractor
- Experience building and managing a qualified federal opportunity pipeline
- Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, and small business contracting mechanisms, including 8(a) and set-aside opportunities
- Experience reporting against business development metrics, pipeline forecasts, and revenue targets
- Strong writing, communication, and proposal development skills
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with federal government customers and stakeholders
Benefits
- Starting salary of $165,000–$190,000
