Director, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the development and execution of a revenue operations framework to accelerate growth, scale performance, and drive commercial excellence. This role is accountable for building the operational backbone to drive commercial success—optimizing engagement processes, delivering consistent customer experiences, and enabling data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include defining and implementing pricing strategies, leading the end-to-end quotation process, aligning inside sales activities with broader commercial objectives, driving sales growth and operational improvements, and establishing and maintaining data governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or associated subject areas, with confirmed leadership experience commensurate with the level of this position
• Expertise in driving operational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations organizations
• Solid understanding of sales processes, pricing techniques, channel oversight, and customer lifecycle management in industrial or technology-related sectors
• Highly analytical with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities
• Proficient in CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), business intelligence tools, and revenue enablement platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Consistent record of driving process improvements and scalable operational models
• Strong change leadership skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings
