Inside Sales Operations Representative

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be the link between customers, account managers, and internal teams, supporting customers with quotes, delivery times, product selections, and order processing.

What You Will Do

Create quotes for Emerson products and services, evaluate specifications and customer needs, support customers with information about products, prices, delivery times, and applications.

Requirements

• Experience in a commercial in-house sales, customer service, sales support, or similar customer-oriented function
• Technical affinity and the motivation to learn about new products and applications
• A customer-oriented approach and a strong sense of service
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good command of Dutch, English, and French, both verbally and in writing
• Experience with Microsoft Office and digital business systems
