Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for AI governance, policy, and responsible deployment of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Agentforce and Einstein. You will define, document, and enforce AI governance policies, review proposed AI toolsets and agent use cases, and establish practical guardrails for agent design.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include advising workstream teams on Agentforce design patterns, enabling responsible AI innovation, and auditing AI agent usage and performance.
