Role Overview
This maternity-cover position manages and improves marketing automation and Lead Management across EMEA, connecting marketing strategy, technology, client data and sales engagement.
What You Will Do
Deliver accurate and compliant marketing campaigns and automated nurture journeys, while turning engagement data into actionable insights for sales teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
- Hands-on proficiency using Adobe Campaign or a comparable enterprise marketing automation platform
- Experience delivering multi-market email campaigns, event communications and automated nurture journeys
- Experience of Lead Management, sales signals or marketing-to-sales integration, including Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Strong audience and database marketing capability, including segmentation, qualification, exclusions, consent, suppressions and data quality
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and turn engagement data into practical recommendations and actionable sales information
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages, enterprise MarTech platforms and reporting or business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Data and Compliance in a high-volume environment
