Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst provides operational, analytical, and administrative support for sales systems, reporting, data management, and sales processes. The primary objective of this role is to enable sales leadership and field teams to operate efficiently and make informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

Administer and support sales technology platforms, prepare recurring sales reports, support data quality and governance efforts, compile performance metrics, and execute lead management and pipeline support activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Sales Operations, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, CRM administration, business analysis, or a related support function
  • Experience supporting a field sales organization and working with CRM or sales technology platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of sales operations, CRM administration, sales reporting, and pipeline management
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics, KPIs, forecasting, lead management, and territory administration
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and reporting best practices
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com administration and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, workflow automation, and system integrations
  • SQL, Smartsheet integration, or reporting automation experience is a plus
