Marketing & Growth Lead

Role Overview

Emoni is a fast-growing international fintech group connecting traditional financial services with digital assets and modern payment solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Lead to take charge of marketing for our Cyprus entity and help drive our brand presence across the markets.

What You Will Do

Build and run B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels, own our messaging and positioning, plan and organize fintech events, track performance, and work closely with product, sales, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing or growth roles within fintech, payments, crypto/Web3, or B2B SaaS
• Hands-on Mindset (experience launching campaigns yourself, not just delegating to agencies)
• Full authorization to work in Cyprus is required (EU citizenship, temporary protection, family work permit, or an active Cyprus work visa)
• Excellent written and spoken English
