Field Sales Manager

Role Overview

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales delivery of the Empire in-home experience through in-field coaching and development. This role observes in-home sales interactions real-time, provides real-time coaching and models best-in-class selling techniques to drive measurable improvement in customer experience and overall market results.

• Strong ability to observe, diagnose and improve sales behaviors
• Proven capability to coach and influence performance in a field-based environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, lead teams, and succeed in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
