Manager, Growth Analytics

Role Overview

The Manager of Growth Analytics will own the analytical narrative behind Lantern’s value proposition, developing frameworks, models, and presentations that articulate how we generate savings. This role will be responsible for building a rigorous savings methodology, creating pitch materials, and ensuring the story is compelling, credible, and defensible. The Manager will spend roughly 50% of their time building and 50% client-facing, presenting directly to health plan, employer benefit teams, and consultants.

What You Will Do

The Manager will build and maintain actuarially sound models that quantify savings opportunity and calculate realized cost avoidance. They will also develop segmentation analyses that identify where Lantern drives the most impact across different employer populations and benefit designs. Additionally, the Manager will create high-quality, data-driven pitch decks and client materials that translate complex analytics into a clear commercial story.

The Manager will be responsible for building credibility and confidence with sophisticated buyers who will scrutinize the numbers. They will also serve as the analytical authority in client-facing conversations, presenting Lantern’s savings methodology to employer benefit teams, consultants, and CFOs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a highly analytical role with exposure to both modeling and external communication
• Proven ability to build financial or actuarial models that are rigorous, transparent, and auditable
• Experience developing executive-quality presentations and pitch materials
• Comfort presenting complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite and benefits decision-makers
• Strong SQL skills; able to independently access and validate data
• Outstanding written and verbal communication — you can make a methodology deck compelling
