Market Sales Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a professional to lead our team as Market Sales Manager, responsible for leading and optimizing commercial actions of the group of units, ensuring the effective execution of the commercial strategy and driving the performance of the units under its supervision.

What You Will Do

Support the development of the commercial strategy, conduct the operationalization process of the commercial strategy, monitor commercial performance, analyze reports, monitor customer portfolio, ensure understanding of company processes, monitor market trends, interface with local unit leaders, lead and develop the commercial team, and participate in strategic meetings.
