Role Overview
As a Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing for certain areas of the business, shaping the strategy and overseeing campaigns. You will lead sector marketing, manage day-to-day activity, measure effectiveness, and build sector insight. You will also engage stakeholders, contribute to planning, write strong creative briefs, and manage sign-off and approvals.

Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with hands-on experience across all elements of the marketing mix
- Strategy and planning: a track record of preparing and delivering strategic marketing plans, and presenting them confidently to stakeholders
- Briefing and approvals: experience writing creative briefs and managing work through review, sign-off and approval
- Budget management: experience of developing marketing budgets and delivering activity within them
- People management: experience of managing, supporting or developing a junior team member is desirable
- Education: a degree or equivalent in business, marketing or a related subject
