Sales Development Representative – Healthcare

Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a foundational role in building our sales development function from the ground up. You’ll manage both inbound lead qualifications and strategic outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. Rather than focusing on high-volume cold outreach, this role emphasizes thoughtful, relationship-driven engagement with a highly targeted audience of healthcare finance executives.

What You Will Do

Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Build relationships with prospective healthcare organizations through personalized, consultative outreach. Identify and engage qualified decision-makers within target accounts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role offers a clear path for growth into future sales or marketing positions as our team scales. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve outbound strategies, messaging, workflows, and SDR best practices.
