Role Overview
The Manager, FP&A will partner with the VP to serve as a trusted finance business partner to the P&C leadership team and their respective teams, providing insight, challenge, and decision support across financial and operational matters.
What You Will Do
The Manager will take full ownership of the underlying financial models, continuously improve the quality and accuracy of budgets and forecasts, and support business cases and other strategic and operational priorities across the segment.

Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, and/or Accounting, with demonstrated experience supporting business leaders
- CPA designation preferred
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and analytical tools
- Demonstrated experience building, owning, and improving financial models and planning processes
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business drivers and translate financial information into practical, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines
- High level of accountability, adaptability, curiosity, and ownership
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to challenge constructively and drive alignment across teams
- Continuous improvement orientation with a focus on forecast quality, efficiency, and value creation
