Role Overview
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce application and integration issues. Apply Salesforce development best practices to ensure security, maintainability, performance, and code quality.

Requirements
- Strong professional experience in Salesforce development
- Advanced knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data models
- Experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and asynchronous processing
- Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and access controls
- Experience with source control systems, preferably Git
- Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and code quality
- Experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Excellent communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed teams
- Ability to manage priorities, deliver commitments, and proactively communicate blockers, risks, delays, or availability changes
