Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with distributed teams and participating in technical design discussions.

What You Will Do

Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs, build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications, and troubleshoot complex Salesforce application and integration issues.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in Salesforce development
• Advanced knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data models
• Experience developing and consuming REST and/or SOAP APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and asynchronous processing
• Knowledge of Salesforce security concepts, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and access controls
• Experience with source control systems, preferably Git
• Experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and code quality
• Experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed teams
• Ability to manage priorities, deliver commitments, and proactively communicate blockers, risks, delays, or availability changes
