Brand Manager

Role Overview

The Brand Manager will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager – Brand and lead the BWS brand across physical store networks and omnichannel touchpoints. The role involves driving brand visual identity, store range initiatives, and customer value propositions to deepen engagement with BWS shoppers and sustain brand momentum.

What You Will Do

The Brand Manager will serve as marketing lead and project manager for category initiatives, drive the rollout of the brand visual identity, lead the briefing and development of retail POS assets, and drive the brand platform and messaging refresh across store touchpoints.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a dedicated marketing environment, preferably within retail, liquor, or FMCG, and will be able to lead and project-manage complex retail marketing initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a dedicated marketing environment, preferably within retail, liquor, or FMCG.
• Proven ability to lead and project-manage complex retail marketing initiatives end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience briefing and delivering physical in-store POS, retail signage, digital display assets, and local area marketing creative.
• Proven background managing brand visual identity rollouts and upholding brand tone of voice across omnichannel environments.
• Solid experience managing marketing budgets, including planning, forecasting, PO generation, and partner invoice reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with proven success navigating dual reporting lines and collaborating across cross-functional teams (Operations, Format, Merchandise, Digital).
