CPQ Business Analyst Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a CPQ Business Analyst Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution across various departments. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex product configuration, estimating, pricing, and quoting processes into clear business and functional requirements.

What You Will Do

Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements, translate complex processes into clear requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and support integration requirements between CPQ and other enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within complex technology or transformation projects
• 5+ years of experience working in modern software development environments
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes or solutions is highly desirable
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
• Experience supporting Agile software development and system implementation projects
• Manufacturing and/or Engineering industry experience is an asset
• SAP or other ERP experience within a manufacturing environment is an asset
• Experience with enterprise system integrations is an asset
• Knowledge or experience with AI-enabled solutions is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables in a project-based consulting environment
