Senior Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can translate financial data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the annual budgeting process, manage quarterly financial forecasts, conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis, and perform ad-hoc financial analysis to provide insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, banking, Big Four accounting, or a related financial analysis or accounting role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to query and analyze financial data
• Experience working with financial reporting, accounting, or ERP systems

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced organization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience
