Role Overview

As Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging, you will own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property relationships — serving as the day-to-day point of contact responsible for partner health, revenue growth, and the durable commercial performance of your book.

What You Will Do

Own a portfolio of hotel chain, property management group (PMG), property ownership group, and key partner property accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact. Grow revenue across your book by deepening partner engagement and expanding the value and reach of each relationship on the Engine platform.

• A track record of building and growing high-value relationships and turning them into measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts — comfortable working with data to find opportunities and make the case for them
• Strong organizational and project management skills — can manage multiple partner workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suited to external partner-facing interactions, including with senior executives
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitments
• Comfortable leveraging AI and modern tools to streamline workflows and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
