Role Overview

Ford Pro is a new global business within Ford committed to commercial customer productivity. The Ford Pro Fleet Success Team will provide sales and service support for commercial fleet customers.

What You Will Do

Coordinate and support dealership/customer title and registration requests, provide monthly updates on new features, assist customers with maximizing product value, and escalate customer concerns.
