Role Overview
Develop and maintain analytical solutions for customer-quality data, integrating and cleansing data from multiple sources to create reliable, analysis-ready datasets.
What You Will Do
Apply statistical analysis, trend analysis, segmentation, and other methods to identify emerging issues, customer pain points, and opportunities for corrective action. Present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
