Role Overview
You will be the technical face of our asset tracking platform towards our worldwide customer base, guiding customers from the first platform demonstration through deployment, training, and day-to-day operations.
What You Will Do
Act as the primary technical counterpart in customer meetings, deliver platform demonstrations, support solution design and deployment planning, configure and administer the platform, deliver technical and operational training, travel to customer sites, validate solutions, and collect customer requirements.

Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- 5–10 years of experience in asset tracking, IoT, RTLS, telematics, or related industries
- Solid understanding of indoor and outdoor tracking technologies
- Experience working with asset tracking platforms, dashboards, analytics, and customer reporting
- Experience in installing and configuring network equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business processes and operational use cases
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Fluent English is a must, additional language skills are a plus
