Temporary Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview

The Customer Experience Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers.

What You Will Do

Meet and greet customers, provide customer service, use sales and service techniques to determine customer needs, and offer additional customer assistance.

This is a temporary role for 89 working days, starting at $17/hour, with opportunities for training and development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 2 years of continuous customer service or sales experience
• Current and valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
• No excessive speeding violations on driving record within the last 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
