Role Overview
The Data Analyst will report to the Manager of Data Analytics and support Entrust’s Revenue Operations, Sales, Compensation, and Customer Success organizations through the development, maintenance, validation, and improvement of business reporting and analytics.

The role works with stakeholders across the organization to investigate data questions, maintain accurate customer and account mappings, support compensation-related reporting, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and turn business requirements into reliable analytical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field with 5+ years of experience working in data/analytical roles
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to efficiently analyze and reconcile large datasets where the data may be unclear.
- 3+ Years of Tableau experience or with similar data visualization tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Looker, Omni) and solid understanding of data design best practices
- Able to effectively and clearly communicate business requirements
- Experience creating reporting in Salesforce
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
