Role Overview
The IoT Data Analyst will leverage connected-device data from DEXIS equipment globally to develop actionable insights that improve customer experience, increase commercial effectiveness, and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Leverage IoT equipment data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or commercial operations
- Experience with BI platforms such as, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience analyzing large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience supporting global stakeholders and cross-functional teams within Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support functions
