Role Overview
The Global Markets Product & Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for strengthening product knowledge, selling capability, launch readiness, and local marketing execution across Envista markets. The role acts as a link between global Product Management, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and local commercial teams to ensure sales representatives, country managers, regional managers, and distributor partners have the tools, training, and support needed to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Primary duties and responsibilities include developing and maintaining product knowledge, serving as a first-line product and commercial resource, translating product features into selling messages, providing product and sales training, developing sales tools, capturing field feedback, and adapting global marketing and sales materials for local customer needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, sales, product management, commercial enablement, marketing, business development, or a related customer-facing commercial role
- Experience working directly with sales representatives, customers, distributors, or channel partners
- Experience supporting product launches, sales training, marketing campaigns, or commercial projects
- Experience operating in a multinational, multi-country, or cross-cultural environment
- Ability to learn and communicate a broad, technically complex product portfolio
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and training skills
- Ability to build credibility with commercial teams, distributors, clinicians, and headquarters stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how product knowledge, clinical evidence, competitive positioning, and marketing tools support selling
- Strong project management, prioritization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data and market feedback into practical commercial actions
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM and reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require
