Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Requirements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

- Work with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market and demand-generation plans.

- Monitor P&L performance and adjust strategies to optimize profitability and growth.
- Analyse key metrics and adjust business approaches as necessary.
- Identify and mitigate potential business risks through proactive planning and solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performance team aligned with Envista’ s culture of innovation.
- Foster collaboration across departments and develop future leaders within the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership and other departments to align on business objectives and ensure smooth execution of strategies.
