Role Overview
This role is central to scaling and optimizing the revenue engine of a fast-growing global platform. You will act as a key driver of operational excellence across the go-to-market organization, ensuring Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams operate with aligned processes, reliable data, and actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvement. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into key GTM metrics.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- SQL skills are a plus
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams
