Role Overview
Join our growing Data team as an experienced Principal Data Analyst to work with the business to understand their strategy and plans, and provide relevant and impactful data analytics and insights.
What You Will Do
Take ownership of complex business challenges, consult with senior stakeholders, operate as a trusted data expert, deliver value to senior stakeholders, and mentor junior members of the data community.

Requirements
- Proven excellent experience as a principal / senior data analyst, ideally 7+ years
- Excellent problem solving skills and high levels of curiosity
- Advanced SQL and python skills
- Strong experience with data visualisation tools
- Experience working with cloud platforms, to build data pipelines
- Experience with Git, or similar, using branches and pull requests for collaborative development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage non-technical audiences
- Ability to drive change and deliver value from data
- Degree/Masters or equivalent in a relevant field e.g statistics, mathematics etc.
