Partner Success Manager

Role Overview

The Partner Success Manager will ensure our growing network of partners has the support, resources, and operational guidance needed to succeed. The role involves maintaining partner health, coordinating training and certification activities, and ensuring partners have everything they need to work effectively with our products and teams.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include monitoring partner health, acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day partner support, ensuring partners have access to necessary tools and resources, coordinating partner training and certification activities, and managing ongoing partner operational readiness.

• Ability to analyse engagement metrics, identify potential risks, and turn insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams to resolve issues
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on maintaining accurate information and improving operational processes
