The Rebuild Operations & Business Development Manager will lead and grow the midlife overhaul and component rebuild business within Parts & Services in DRC, combining operational leadership, technical rebuild expertise, and customer-facing business development to drive profitable growth and deliver high-value lifecycle solutions to mining customers.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in mining or heavy equipment rebuilds, overhauls, assembly, and maintenance environments.
- Demonstrated capability in workshop or operations leadership, including planning, execution, and team management.
- Strong mechanical systems knowledge with the ability to support complex rebuild scopes and technical problem-solving.
- Experience in customer-facing technical or commercial roles, with strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- High commitment to safety and quality standards, supported by disciplined execution, continuous improvement mindset, and results-driven performance.
