Join EQS Group as a Sales Development Representative and help build pipeline for a mission-driven compliance software company. The role involves identifying high-potential accounts, engaging senior business stakeholders, and partnering with Account Executives to turn outbound activity into qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales development role, in B2B SaaS.
  • Good understanding of outbound prospecting, qualification, and KPI-driven sales environments.
  • Confident communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools; Salesforce and Gong experience is especially relevant.
  • Strong ownership, structure, and follow-through when managing accounts, outreach, and handoffs.
  • Curiosity and openness to using AI tools in daily sales work, with a willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve how you research, personalize, and prioritize outreach.
