Role Overview

Join our world-class Entity Resolution/Keying & Linking team within Global Data & Analytics as a Data Scientist. Manipulate large data sets, integrate diverse data sources, and develop analytical approaches to meet business requirements.

What You Will Do

Work with key stakeholders, prepare datasets, conduct analytics, develop, test & enhance tools to help D&A teams across the globe, and package, summarize, and visualize analytical findings.

Requirements

• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in a related analytical role
• Cloud certification strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Competent understanding of cloud computing concepts
• Experience transforming unstructured/structured data into optimized data models
• Solid experience with version control (Git)
• A Master’s degree or higher is strongly preferred in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics or other related disciplines
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience with Data Engineering
• Domain & Concept Knowledge: Exposure to credit/financial data products or prior project/academic experience with Entity Resolution and identity matching concepts
• Big Data & Cloud Tooling: Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, BigTable, Dataflow, or big data processing frameworks like PySpark/Scala
• Prior knowledge on developing Machine Learning algorithms for production systems
• DevOps basics and exposure to CI/CD integration workflows
• Ability to communicate and present effectively and efficiently to all levels
