Manager, xScale Finance Transformation & Service Enablement

Role Overview

The Manager will lead the design and delivery of process improvement and transformation initiatives across xScale Finance, translating ambiguous business problems into clear, prioritized, well-managed initiatives.

Lead finance process transformation, drive automation and AI enablement, manage transformation initiatives, and enable demand intake and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, finance operations, consulting, or a related field
• Experience in a real estate, data center, infrastructure, or joint venture environment is considered an asset
