Finance Systems and Process Management Lead

Role Overview

The Finance Systems and Process Management Lead ensures that Finance systems and processes across the Group are aligned to strategy and deliver efficient, effective, well-controlled and well-governed Finance operations.

What You Will Do

The role involves reviewing and analysing Finance business processes, recommending and supporting implementation of process improvements, assessing Finance system needs, and leading or supporting Finance system and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in Finance systems, Finance transformation, business process improvement or related roles within a financial services organisation
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Finance systems and process improvement initiatives
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite core Finance modules and Oracle EPM modules
• Experience with banking systems and Finance processes, including Finacle and Way4
• Experience in requirements gathering, system/process design, testing, data migration, user training, go-live support and issue resolution
