Inside Sales Support Specialist – Seasonal/Part-time

Role Overview

Ernesta is seeking a Seasonal Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our Design & Sales Specialist team during our busiest season. This role is ideal for someone with prior sales or account support experience who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys keeping projects organized, and understands how to move opportunities forward.

What You Will Do

Support Design & Sales Specialists with administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle, offer elevated, consultative service across multiple channels, deliver exceptional design and product expertise to Ernesta’s customers, and qualify leads and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer orders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
• 2+ years of customer service and/or direct consumer sales
• High level of proficiency working online across multiple software tools such as Zoom, Google suite, Salesforce, Gladly, Shopify
• Solutions oriented with sound judgment, business sense, and high integrity
• Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and wear many hats
• Great time management and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours

Benefits
