Manager of MarTech

Role Overview

The Manager of MarTech will play a critical role in advancing the marketing technology ecosystem and ensuring data integrity across the organization. This role combines technical expertise with strategic collaboration, acting as a bridge between Marketing, IT, and external partners.

Responsibilities include data governance & quality management, analytics & business intelligence, marketing technology project support, and platform operations & optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, analytics, or related technical marketing operations role
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with MarTech systems such as email/SMS platforms, CDPs, workflow tools, or CRM systems
• Solid understanding of data structures, data governance principles, and system integrations
• Experience participating in or leading QA processes for technology rollouts
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills
• Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, customer data pipelines, and data mapping
• Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling or advanced analytics practices
• Background in working within multi-location or franchise business models (if relevant)
• Experience collaborating directly with IT, data engineering, or enterprise architecture teams
