SEO & AI Visibility Manager

Role Overview

Escalante Golf is looking to add an SEO & AI Visibility Manager to its Home Office team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a new role: the dedicated owner of how every one of our clubs and resorts is found, in search engines and in AI answers.

What You Will Do

You will pair a strategist’s view of search with a builder’s habit of shipping the work yourself. Prospective members, golfers, and resort guests increasingly find us through Google, maps, and AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You will make sure they find us first, and that what they find is accurate and compelling.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years in SEO, with multi-site or portfolio experience
• Hospitality, travel, or luxury background preferred
• Fluent in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Hands-on with enterprise SEO platforms (Semrush or similar) and Google Business Profile management at scale
• A strong writer who will drive website blogs and content programs
• Demonstrated adaptation to, and enthusiasm for, AI search and generative engine optimization
• Comfortable working within constrained CMS platforms
• Organized and self-directed, able to prioritize across many properties and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting results to leadership
